You'll support employees across the studio, help deliver people programs, and leverage HR systems like BambooHR to improve processes. You'll collaborate closely with the HR team to foster a fun, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the games industry with a positive, proactive approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support lifecycle events
• Administer BambooHR including data updates, workflows, and reporting
• Coordinate benefits enrollments, terminations, and employee inquiries
• Manage PTO, sick leave, and other leave tracking in BambooHR

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment in technical or startup environment
• Proficient with BambooHR or similar HRIS and Google Workspace

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ATS systems
• Knowledge of provincial labour standards and HR best practices
• Familiarity with payroll processes
