You'll engage with customers at risk of cancellation, using consultative conversations to uncover root causes and guide them toward solutions that increase product adoption. You'll play a key role in protecting recurring revenue by helping customers rediscover the value of the platform. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve the overall customer experience.

- Engage at-risk customers via phone to identify solutions for retention
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers showing churn signals
- Facilitate value sessions to boost feature adoption and optimization
- Use consultative diagnostic approach to uncover churn root causes
