💼 About This Role

You'll lead site start-up activities for a global CRO specializing in precision medicine. You'll manage activation readiness, IRB/EC submissions, and IMP release while mentoring staff and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely site activation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage site start-up process and activation readiness strategy.
• Coordinate IRB/EC, CA/MoH submissions and ICF customization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational goals and timelines.
• Mentor staff on local start-up regulations and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, or RN equivalent.
• 5+ years in site start-up, ideally as SU Lead or PM in CRO/pharma.
• 2+ years project milestone management and team coordination.
• Fluency in English and local language of assigned country.
