You will lead a team negotiating and managing complex contracts with large healthcare providers, ensuring network quality and cost-effectiveness while collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years healthcare network contracting or provider relations
• 4+ years managing complex provider network strategies and negotiating contracts
• 3+ years in Health Insurance (Individual/ACA Market Place) or Healthcare
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead contract settlement negotiations with providers
• Manage and negotiate complex healthcare provider contracts
• Work cross-functionally to mentor and guide contracting team
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of provider contracts
• Monitor key metrics for network performance and cost
