Description

You will lead the technical and maintenance operations for a USDA-regulated food manufacturing site, ensuring equipment reliability, infrastructure performance, and cost control. You'll oversee maintenance teams, drive preventive/predictive maintenance systems, manage capital projects, and partner with production, FSQA, and EHS to maintain safe, compliant operations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or relevant experience
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with progressive responsibility
• 8+ years leading maintenance teams and PM systems
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office
• Strong mechanical/system-level knowledge of food manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team including supervisors, technicians, and contractors
• Own and improve Preventive and Predictive Maintenance systems
• Manage plant infrastructure (utilities, refrigeration, steam, etc.)
• Control annual R&M budget and cost performance
• Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning
