🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and disclosures
• Oversee external audit process and compliance
• Build scalable accounting policies and workflows

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 background
• 8+ years progressive experience in technical accounting
• Deep understanding of US GAAP
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch

• Experience with AI tools for accounting
• Scripting or automation skills
• Public company reporting experience
