Description

You will collaborate with Product Innovation, Menu Planning, and Product Insights teams to research, develop, and test recipes for HelloFresh and EveryPlate. Your work will analyze food trends, ingredients, and customer preferences to create successful dishes that can be reproduced by home cooks of varying skill levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years professional culinary experience, ideally in Test Kitchen or Product Development
• Culinary School Degree or equivalent work experience
• Organized and comfortable with large data sets
• Strong communication skills to lead demonstrations

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and cross-test recipes for execution, flavor, and consistency
• Research and develop new recipes within budget and nutritional constraints
• Analyze feedback and adjust recipes to perfect directions
• Participate in culinary tastings and provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business for culinary input
