Description

In this role, you will lead and facilitate clinical simulation scenarios in our skills labs to enhance caregiver readiness and patient safety. You will also support field staff development through orientation, performance improvement plans, and clinical chart review.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• BSN/MSN preferred
• Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education experience
• Strong assessment and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in the lab
• Support field staff development and orientation
• Develop performance improvement plans
• Conduct clinical chart review and utilization review reporting
