💼 About This Role

You'll help scale multi-account AWS platforms powering fintech products across the UK, US, and Mexico. You'll take ownership of key platform components, driving technical direction and making trade-offs between reliability, cost, and developer experience. This is a hands-on role in a production environment where minutes of downtime translate directly to customer impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage core AWS infrastructure via Terraform and Terragrunt
• Build and operate Kubernetes, GitOps, and observability tooling
• Shape how engineering teams ship to production with progressive rollouts
• Provide and improve CI/CD and developer tooling

📋 Requirements

• Production experience running Kubernetes at scale
• Proven ability to improve developer experience across teams
• Deep cloud experience on AWS
• Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Terragrunt
• Hands-on experience with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Scripting in TypeScript, Python, or Go
