You will join a hands-on learning program to become a future Solution Engineer at NICE, working with cutting-edge AI and CCaaS technologies. You'll support demos, translate customer requirements, and design AI workflows from day one, then transition into a full-time role after completion.

• Support design, demonstration, and delivery of AI-driven customer experience solutions
• Gather and translate customer requirements into solution concepts
• Learn to design AI and CCaaS workflows using low-code/no-code tools and scripting
• Participate in proof-of-value engagements
