Description
You will nurture and grow relationships with enterprise customers, serving as the primary post-sale contact responsible for renewals, satisfaction, and expansion. Manage a portfolio of accounts, own the customer lifecycle, and use AI tools to drive adoption and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing enterprise customer relationships ($1B+)
- Track record of delivering against renewal and expansion quotas
- Strong critical thinking, consultative, and communication skills
- Comfort with change and ability to adapt quickly
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance client engagement and drive strategy
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts ensuring high satisfaction and seamless onboarding
- Own post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion
- Partner with stakeholders to understand goals and drive value realization
- Identify and pursue in-year expansion and upsell opportunities
- Use AI tools to analyze account health, signals, and prioritize outreach
