Description

You will serve as the strategic backbone of the commercial organization, acting as the primary partner to Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams. You'll drive alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the revenue engine to fuel Clara's mission of building the future of corporate finance in Latin America.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar commercial management role in high-growth Fintech/SaaS
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams
  • Deep knowledge of CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (Fathom, Amplemarket)
  • Strong analytical skills with large datasets, building reports, and deriving insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of revenue operation experts as strategic partner for commercial teams
  • Define and execute commercial operations strategy aligned with growth goals in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia
  • Coordinate with Product for launches affecting onboarding and sales paths
  • Own revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance management using HubSpot and Metabase
  • Manage commercial tech stack (HubSpot, Fathom, Amplemarket) ensuring data integrity and adoption
