You will develop and execute paid social strategies for Billboard across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, working with post-sale and account teams to deliver client campaigns. You'll analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets to meet KPIs while collaborating in a hybrid onsite environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years paid social advertising experience
  • Experience with large datasets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Implement organic and paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok
  • Develop tactical strategy, audience building, content mapping, and flight recommendations
  • Optimize paid strategy to meet KPIs and client/campaign goals
  • Collaborate with Post-Sale team to ensure campaign alignment
  • Track and monitor social campaign analytics for client reporting
