💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the transportation department and coordinate services for participants at WelbeHealth. Manage drivers and dispatchers to ensure safe, efficient transport that supports participant wellbeing. Drive process improvements in a growing organization focused on senior care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor transportation staff
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Monitor vehicle safety compliance and maintenance schedules
• Oversee scheduling for maximum efficiency and satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of 4 years experience in transportation setting
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license for at least 5 years with no more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in 3 years

✨ Nice to Have

• Passenger (P) Endorsement on driver's license
• Experience with ADA accessible vehicles
