💼 About This Role

You'll research and identify manufacturing partners (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding) to help Fictiv's sourcing team make data-driven decisions. Your work will directly expand our supplier pool and improve cost efficiency. This role offers exposure to global supply chains and manufacturing processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers via online searches and trade directories.
• Compile and maintain a structured database of supplier capabilities and certifications.
• Support pre-qualification by documenting supplier information and preparing lists.
• Prepare reports on supplier or industry research for team review.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing supply chain or supplier development environment.
• Self-motivated learner with eagerness to develop expertise in sourcing and manufacturing.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate supplier data management.

• Experience in at least 1-2 manufacturing areas (CNC, die casting, etc.).
• Basic technical curiosity about manufacturing processes.
