💼 About This Role

You'll lead hands-on training for new teams of heating professionals in our dedicated training hall in Mannheim, preparing them for real-world installations. You'll own the 2-week onboarding cycle, ensuring every technician masters installation from hydraulic balancing to electrical connections. This role combines your technical expertise with coaching to shape the next generation of heat pump experts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on training on complete heat pump installation in our Mannheim hall.
• Coach newcomers through onboarding, ensuring proper hydraulic and electrical connections.
• Monitor learning progress and conduct quality audits before team deployment.
• Create and optimize training materials, translating complex technical content into practical guides.

📋 Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as heating engineer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Gas-Wasser-Installateur, or Heizungsbaumeister).
• Proven experience installing heat pumps and knowledge of common installation pitfalls.
• Leadership experience as a foreman or in a coaching role in technical trades.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly and directly.
