You'll lead a team of home health clinicians for a Medicare-certified office in Wilmington, MA. You'll ensure quality clinical care and regulatory compliance while driving team performance through coaching and development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate field staff to provide exceptional care.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate client care and act as case manager.
• Participate in hiring and interviewing field staff.

📋 Requirements

• RN license in Massachusetts.
• 2+ years of RN experience in home health.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
