You'll own vertical video content for Monarch Money, a top personal finance app. You'll translate financial concepts into engaging short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is embedded with Snowball's creative team to define Monarch's short-form voice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute short-form video formats aligned with brand values
• Own full content lifecycle from ideation to filming to editing
• Translate personal finance concepts into engaging vertical videos
• Experiment with hooks and storytelling to maximize retention

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years creating short-form video content with strong portfolio
• Intermediate to advanced video editing in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong videography skills including camera, lighting, and audio
• Ability to simplify complex topics into relatable content

• Fintech or personal finance content experience
• Existing audience or personal content channel
• Motion graphics or design skills
