You'll work across the customer lifecycle to drive outcomes and successful delivery of engagements for key customers. You'll ensure customers get the most value from Kong products and help prepare, manage, and deliver strategic engagements. This role also focuses on driving day-to-day professional services operations and managing customer escalations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and lead simultaneous billable customer engagements
• Drive project management activities and oversee engagement completion
• Prepare customer-facing collateral like solution presentations and project plans
• Manage resource assignment and assist with month/quarter end close

📋 Requirements

• Strong project management and services delivery experience
• Deep experience with PSA tools like Financial Force
• Excellent customer-facing skills with executive communication ability
• Exceptional organizational and change management skills
