• Provide strategic direction for AV installation, engineering, and project management teams.
• Oversee full lifecycle of AV projects from design through installation.
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and project prioritization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team members across AV operations.

📋 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in AV operations or related field.
• Proven track record of managing AV projects from design to installation.
• Experience developing operational processes and KPIs.
• Strong background in AV engineering and system design.

• Experience with enterprise-level AV systems.
• Familiarity with latest AV technologies such as AV-over-IP.
