💼 About This Role

You'll own the Partner Well-Architected Framework and build production-grade reference implementations for Databricks' Built-On ecosystem. You'll collaborate with VP/C-level partners to co-architect their platforms and influence the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design, governance, and evolution of the Partner Well-Architected Framework.
• Work with VP/CPO-level partners to review and validate their platforms.
• Build and maintain production-grade reference implementations and blueprints.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Field teams on roadmap priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in solution architecture or field engineering in cloud/data/AI/ML.
• Deep expertise in multi-tenant SaaS architectures (OAuth, OIDC, SSO).
• Hands-on software development experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
• Expert in Databricks product suite and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building B2B applications on Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Background in consulting or services with mentoring experience.
