You will assist clients with inquiries on trading offerings and act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure prompt resolution of bugs and issues. You'll provide technical support through phone, chats, and tickets for Interactive Brokers' platforms, including desktop and mobile applications.
Requirements
