🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach agile engineering teams.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
• Partner with product managers to align technical delivery.
• Lead complex technical initiatives from concept to production.

📋 Requirements

• 10 years overall experience with 5+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on background with React, Node.js, TypeScript and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude AI).
