Description

You will lead financial planning and analysis for our game studios, driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic modeling to support key business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to partner with studio leads and executive teams, providing actionable insights that shape our most important franchises.

Requirements

• 2-4 years accounting or finance experience
• Experience creating financial forecasts and modeling different scenarios
• Strong background of delivering accurate, high-quality work
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; or equivalent experience
• Experience using databases and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Oracle, Workday, SQL)

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles
• Create and refine complex decision models and analyses
• Act as a financial partner to studio and publishing leads
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and workflows
• Guide and mentor junior staff members
