You'll manage commerce capabilities within the donation product portfolio at Benevity, leading experimentation and optimization to improve conversion. You'll drive expansion into new surfaces like Teams, Slack, and SMS, partnering with engineering and design in an outcome-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Instrument and operationalize the donation funnel across web and embedded surfaces.
• Lead evolution of Donate into Microsoft Teams, Slack, SMS, and API integrations.
• Design experiments to improve checkout flows, payment interactions, and messaging.
• Establish KPIs and reporting connecting checkout performance to business impact.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building and optimizing consumer-grade checkout or high-volume transactional flows.
• Strong quantitative skills improving conversion rates through experimentation.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical architects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience evolving from feature-based checkout to platform-based commerce.
• Familiarity with API-first or headless commerce models.
• Hands-on experience with third-party payment rails and financial APIs.
