You'll lead high voltage substation design projects for a leading infrastructure firm. Your work will directly improve critical utility infrastructure in Michigan. This role offers flexibility with hybrid or remote options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead substation design projects and delegate tasks to team members
• Coordinate with internal and external team members on complex projects
• Perform detailed quality reviews of project deliverables
• Prepare electrical design deliverables including protection and control schemes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in high voltage substation design
• Strong knowledge of utility standards and NESC
• Willingness to travel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Bentley Projectwise
• Professional Engineering License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu
