💼 About This Role

You'll lead visual creative leadership for Smalls, a premium cat food brand, across all touchpoints including campaigns, packaging, site, and retail. You'll evolve the visual system as the brand expands into new categories and manage a design team of four. This role stands out for its blend of hands-on art direction, cross-functional leadership, and ownership of creative process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct visual creative for all brand touchpoints
• Manage and provide creative direction to design team
• Concept and direct photo and video shoots
• Own creative processes from brief to final output
• Align cross-functional teams on brand standards

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in art direction
• In-house experience holding visual standards across channels
• Art directed professional shoots
• Managed designers with real creative oversight
