💼 About This Role

You'll be the first face visitors see, greeting guests and setting the tone for our IL office. You'll work with the EMEA Workplace Experience Manager to shape office culture and ensure everyone feels welcome. Shaping a new office culture and creating a welcoming atmosphere are key parts of this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet visitors and notify team members via Slack
• Maintain office tidiness and stock snack areas
• Manage meeting rooms and visitor passes
• Assist with onboarding and internal events

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in customer-facing or admin role
• Organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks
• Clear communication skills in person and writing
• Familiarity with Slack, G-Suite, calendars, spreadsheets
