๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the DCC Tools domain as the primary technical expert supporting rigging, modeling, animation, and environment art teams. You'll consolidate, standardize, and document tool sets across Maya and Substance Painter to ensure a unified, reliable pipeline. Operating in a fully remote game development environment, you'll act as the central coordinator between technical and artistic stakeholders.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as primary technical expert for rigging, modeling, animation, and environment art teams.
  • Define and maintain interfaces between pipeline engineering and art departments.
  • Consolidate, standardize, and document DCC toolsets across Maya, 3DS Max, and Substance tools.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based tools for content creation workflows.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Art, Pipeline Engineering, or related roles.
  • Expert-level Python programming with OOP design.
  • Experience with 3DS Max or Substance Painter/Designer.
  • Strong experience with production tracking systems integrated in DCC environments.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Maya experience preferred.
  • Experience with asset export pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
