You'll design and scale a high-impact onboarding experience for new sales hires, partnering with sales leadership, product teams, and HR. You'll directly influence ramp time and productivity through structured learning journeys and cross-functional collaboration. This high-visibility role shapes the first months for new sales professionals.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design structured onboarding curriculum aligned with sales competencies.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding lifecycle including pre-work and live sessions.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person onboarding sessions.
- Collect feedback and refine program to improve time-to-productivity.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years experience in sales enablement or L&D.
- Instructional design expertise with adult learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing onboarding programs for sales teams.
- Project management skills managing multiple stakeholders.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with LMS platforms like Allego, Highspot, or Showpad.
- Background in B2B or technology enterprise environments.
