You will act as the strategic architect and executive champion for Rubrik's global digital presence, bridging digital marketing and IT. You will lead a unified web organization, empowering teams with Generative AI and automation to scale content and personalize user journeys, while distilling technical complexity into clear strategic narratives for leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in web strategy or digital leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to interrogate workflows and drive transformative change
• Practical experience or deep strategic understanding of AI/ML for content automation and web personalization
• Ability to condense technical data into concise executive-ready stories
• Low-ego player-director mindset, willing to get into the weeds to solve problems

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary voice for Web team at leadership level, securing resources and alignment
• Champion AI-driven innovation for content scaling, personalization, SEO and CRO
• Analyze existing processes to identify friction points and drive transformative change
• Distill high-volume output into high-level narrative for executive leadership
• Empower and coach leads to own reporting and cross-functional relationships
