You'll lead the automated logistics shift in our high-tech fulfillment center, combining innovative technology with efficient planning. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage smooth operations in the automated fulfillment center
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency solutions
• Coach and lead a team of over 100 shoppers
• Optimize personnel scheduling with Operations Managers

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree in logistics, business admin, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of people management experience
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to work in shifts including Saturdays
