You'll lead the FP&A Advisory practice at a dynamic financial consulting firm, driving growth through go-to-market strategies and client relationships. You'll help clients tackle complex challenges in accounting, corporate finance, M&A, and digital transformation by delivering business transformation initiatives that align finance with strategy. This role stands out for its blend of strategic leadership and hands-on client engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop go-to-market strategies and build client relationships
• Lead project teams delivering business transformation initiatives
• Assess client challenges and recommend finance strategies
• Support business development and proposal processes

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience
• Proven track record of generating new business
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement
• Advanced FP&A and three-statement financial modeling expertise

✨ Nice to Have

• Transactional experience (M&A, divestitures, refinancing)
• Working knowledge of finance technologies (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
• ERP technology understanding (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
