You'll build and scale the design function at a fast-growing EdTech scale-up, defining what great design means across the organization. You'll raise the bar on craft, stay hands-on in high-impact product areas, and shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering leadership. This role combines org-building with hands-on design leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define design processes, rituals, and quality standards
• Recruit, coach, and scale the design team
• Contribute directly to key product design work
• Partner with Product and Engineering on strategy and discovery

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design, with 2+ years leading designers or teams
• Proven experience building or evolving a design function in a product-led company
• Experience working on complex B2B SaaS products
• Expert in modern design tools like Figma and AI tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven products or AI-assisted workflows
• Experience in international, distributed teams
• Exposure to analytics, experimentation, or user research
