• Identify and prospect leads using databases, LinkedIn, and growth tools
• Make first contact with potential clients to spark interest in Xepelin's solutions
• Qualify opportunities applying risk filters and business criteria
• Manage and follow up on high-potential prospects
• Collaborate with Growth and Sales teams for smooth account transition

📋 Requirements

• Academic background in Business, International Relations, Finance, Economics or related fields
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or startups (recent graduates or up to 2 years)
• Strong interest in developing a career in the commercial area
• Results-oriented profile with high energy and resilience for daily challenges

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or internships
