You'll serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across the enterprise, building strong relationships and analyzing business problems to determine value-driven solutions. You'll manage the relationship between Enterprise Technology and the rest of Twilio, transforming the business to achieve profitability. This role offers remote-first work and the chance to collaborate with leaders across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analyze business problems to determine value-driven solutions.
• Manage relationships with internal ET teams and drive problem statements through solution analysis.
• Proactively communicate business problems and trends to the wider team.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a technology or software company.
• Experience working with leaders from Directors to C-suite level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced or Bilingual level).
• Ability to produce relevant artifacts like business impact assessments and portfolio roadmaps.
