Description

You will define, build, and deliver a fleet operations ecosystem for internal teams, owning the Command Center application responsible for fleet management. Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and operations to drive product strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, HCI, or related technical field
• 5+ years of product management experience with strong technical background
• Experience delivering technically challenging products from concept to launch
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Experience with HMI design, IVI systems, mobile app development, or operational control interfaces

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet operations tooling strategy and create scalable ecosystem
• Own product definition and development for Command Center application
• Author technical product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Track KPIs related to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and experience quality
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure features are technically sound and delivered on time
