💼 About This Role

You'll build and drive the roadmap for Serve Robotics' Autonomy Data Flywheel, covering the entire data lifecycle from edge infrastructure to training and validation. Your work will super-charge End-End AI model development leveraging thousands of deployed robots. This is a key role at a fast-growing autonomous delivery robotics company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive roadmap and strategy for Autonomy Data Flywheel
• Define and track quality and quantity KPIs with engineering teams
• Establish Data Diversity metrics for sidewalk ODD coverage
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on depot and cloud infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years product/engineering experience in AV, robotics, or edge AI
• Experience building production ML Ops pipelines
• Fluent with training datasets and evals for AI models
• Experience with data infrastructure at Edge/Depot (e.g. NAS) and Cloud

• Experience with targeted and active learning approaches
• Background in autonomous vehicle data pipelines

• Base salary range listed is for Bay Area only but remote allowed
• Salary range in header ($221K-$275K) differs from body ($200K-$245K)
