You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms (ages 0-6) as an on-call substitute, maintaining a calm and engaging environment. This role offers flexible hours and a pathway to full-time Assistant Teacher positions while making a positive impact on young children.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms to support children and maintain consistency

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
