• Develop distributed and asynchronous systems ensuring reliability
• Optimise performance across JVM, databases, caching, and networking
• Apply security best practices in handling client PII and financial transactions

📋 Requirements

• Java and Spring: advanced knowledge
• SQL databases: proficiency ensuring optimal performance
• Concurrency and async programming: advanced understanding
• Event-driven architecture: understanding of Kafka or similar

✨ Nice to Have

• FinTech, Banking, or related financial domain experience
• JVM performance optimization practices
• No-SQL database experience
