Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with BAYADA, you will provide one-on-one care to pediatric or geriatric clients in their homes, building meaningful relationships and making a real difference. You'll perform assessments, monitor conditions, and execute doctors' orders while enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in Arizona
• One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Travel to client's home on a schedule you choose
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
