💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals with every purchase. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train team members and drive sales while ensuring an amazing shopping experience. This role is part-time with hands-on store operations and customer engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
