🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements on complex transactions like IPOs and acquisitions
• Serve as subject matter expert on new accounting standards
• Mentor senior managers and consultants
• Drive business development and recruiting efforts

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent (ACA, ACCA, CPA, MBA)
• Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
