Description

You will work intimately with a strategic healthcare client, building AI solutions on the Celonis Process Intelligence platform to solve complex supply chain challenges in distribution and logistics. You'll drive the full customer lifecycle from technical discovery through implementation, prototype cutting-edge AI solutions in hackathons, and enable autonomous AI agents to deliver measurable ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical pre-sales and post-sales in complex Supply Chain, Logistics, or Wholesale Distribution
• Healthcare/Pharma distribution experience preferred
• Experience defining AI roadmaps and building ROI/TCO business cases
• Expertise in LLM/agent systems, RAG, and enterprise integration
• Domain knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERPs, and regulatory frameworks like DSCSA

Responsibilities

• Translate healthcare distribution logistics requirements into AI solutions
• Lead technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions in client hackathons
• Implement autonomous AI agents for process transformation
• Execute Proof-of-Value projects with LLM/agent systems
