You'll lead end-to-end redesign of core People workflows across the employee lifecycle at a high-growth AI company. Your work will directly reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through automation and technology. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of People Operations at scale.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end redesign of core People workflows across hire-to-retire lifecycle.
  • Identify friction points and replace manual processes with tech-enabled solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to maximize efficiency and insight.
  • Establish metrics to track automation impact, time saved, and adoption.
  • Develop change management and adoption strategy for new processes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in People Operations, HR Transformation, or Process Optimization
  • Direct experience designing global HR processes at scale
  • Proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., LucidChart, Miro, Visio)
  • Deep experience with Workday including business process framework

  • Strong change management and executive stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Understanding of all HR/People functions and technology landscape.
  • Mindset of leveraging AI as a core collaborator.
