As a Client Success Manager, you'll manage a book of Enterprise customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention. You'll serve as the voice of the client, providing training and support for our compliance platform, and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements and growth.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client, addressing program questions and feature requests
• Provide support and training on the PerformLine platform
• Manage a full book of business and maintain customer satisfaction
• Analyze program performance metrics and make optimization recommendations
• Identify and close up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
