📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Zendesk administration and CX systems experience
  • Strong knowledge of support automation tools
  • Proven track record of AI and chatbot implementation
  • Experience leading technical projects with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Foundational SQL experience
  • Experience with Snowflake
