🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for real-time risk detection systems
• Manage and scale engineering teams, including managers and senior ICs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape fraud management products
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in back-end engineering with distributed systems
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience in risk management or fintech product engineering
• Proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot

✨ Nice to Have

• Leadership across multiple disciplines (frontend, backend, data/ML, SRE)
• Working knowledge of machine learning in production
• Familiarity with Cassandra, Redis, Kafka, Flink or Spark
