💼 About This Role

You'll dispatch service tickets to technicians nationwide and provide administrative support for a large single-site electrical operation. You'll ensure schedules stay organized and jobs are completed efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dispatch service tickets to available technicians nationwide
• Maintain an updated and organized schedule
• Track COIs and manage job deliverables
• Provide administrative and logistical project support

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, spreadsheets, databases)
• Type at least 40 WPM
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with occasional overtime
