🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop tailored telecom solution proposals with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions, presentations, and workshops.
• Support full customer engagement lifecycle from pre-sales to implementation.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to contribute to product enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience designing, developing, or deploying BSS/OSS solutions in telecom environments.
• Strong understanding of telecom architectures and emerging technologies like 5G monetization.
• Experience in customer-facing solution architecture or consulting roles.
• Background in software development, systems integration, or program management.
